G’s Detailing – Terms and Conditions

 

1. General
By booking any service with G’s Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a high standard of service for all customers.

 

2. Bookings and Deposits

  • All services above the Deep Clean package require a deposit to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the total service cost.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) may also result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.

 

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must ensure accurate disclosure of the vehicle’s condition when booking.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or extreme dirt) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed prior to service.

 

5. Access and Utilities

  • The customer must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle at the agreed time.

  • Water and power is on board the van but access to electricity may be required in some cases. This will be discussed with the client at the point of booking.

 

6. Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

  • G’s Detailing is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

 

7. Service Limitations

  • While every effort is made to restore vehicles to the highest standard, some stains, scratches, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

  • G’s Detailing does not guarantee complete restoration in all cases.

 

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

9. Liability

  • G’s Detailing will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle.

  • Any pre-existing damage must be reported before the service begins.

  • G’s Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise due to the condition of the vehicle.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • G’s Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is unsafe or if the vehicle condition was misrepresented.

 

 

By booking with G’s Detailing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
